I am doing Part II Dynamical Systems revisions this term (Easter 2009). These supervisions will take place on the 14/15th and 28/29th May, and will be 45 minutes each.
I supervise in the CMS central core. If you are supervised by me then please hand work in to either my pigeonhole at DAMTP (Under the letter "L"), or to my pigeonhole at Trinity College, Burrell's Field. This should reach me by 5pm on the day before the supervision. I cannot promise to mark works that are late. I generally have full written solutions - please ask me in the supervisions if you need them.
If you are a Mathematica user and want to explore this subject further numerically, then there is a very nice add-on package to Mathematica CurveGraphics6 which draws arrows along flow directions on phase portraits.
In the past I have supervised the following undergraduate courses:
I attended the GEFD summer school in September 2005, and helped with the computer demonstrations in the 2006 school. Unfortunately the school is not running at present, but the website still contains lots of interesting information, including downloadable software and documentation for the computer experiments.
